I encourage clients to be present in their lives, hold clients and the world in positive focus, see the client as their best self. I hold comfortable space and coach from the heart. Each session is tailored to support clients and produce fulfilling results in creating clarity and move the client into action. Hypnotherapy (AKA Guided Imagery). The session is formulated with the client information with the goal of encouraging self-discovery. I collaborate with clients that have the desire to move easily, effortlessly and safely through fears, phobias, blocks and triggers with the use of (Transpersonal) Hypnotherapy practices. I specialize in providing support to those experiencing anxiety and panic. I teach tools/techniques of relaxation, reduce/remove thoughts that produce the symptoms of panic. Replace negative thoughts with positive coping skills and sensations.

When you strive for balance, be gentle with yourself. It is difficult to recognize balance without recognizing imbalance. If you strive to avoid the darkness, and cling to the light, you can not achieve and live in balance.  Strive to be conscious of all that you are, choose responsibly at each moment. That is balance.

Creating Authentic Power; The alignment of your personality with your soul.  This requires discovering the parts of your personality that are creating destructive consequences, and changing them, as you do that you put your life on a trajectory toward your greatest potential self, a life of, harmony, sharing, cooperation and reverence for life, which is a life of meaning and joy. Your emotional reactions have everything to do with you. When they arise, you can observe them instead of acting on them. What emotional reaction controls your thoughts and perceptions when you feel powerless? Understand the value of healthy choices and creating healthy relationships.
